We loved the thoughtfulness of having a Mswala and Kibla direction in our room. The location was great as it was very close to South C shopping centre and near to industrial area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. Staff members were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The food at the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel's location was convenient, close to shopping areas and industrial districts. the wifi connection was strong and reliable.
The staff were not very friendly or welcoming. They seemed uninterested in assisting guests, treating some with prejudice.

The hotel had an amazing location, close to both the industrial area and a shopping centre. The budget-friendly rates were also a great value for what you got. I especially liked the small but delicious restaurant that served good food, making it easy to grab a bite to eat without having to leave the hotel. The wifi was also very good and reliable.
The customer service could use some improvement, particularly with the night staff. While the room was very nice, the staff could be more welcoming and friendly towards all guests, no matter what their background is.
